Baseline and diagnosis
Before the first session, you complete the P.O.P. diagnostic and a detailed intake on your current relationship with time, technology, and rest. Week 1 maps the specific patterns driving your situation, not a generic profile.
Power and Omit
Identifying and protecting your peak performance windows. Conducting your Calendar Cleanse. Building the Stop-Doing List. Removing what is consuming time without earning it.
Pause
Designing a structured pause practice that fits your life. Working through the resistance. Putting it into operation and adjusting as you go.
Integration and forward design
A review of what changed, what held, and what the ongoing practice looks like. A written plan for the twelve months ahead.
Six weekly sessions of 60 minutes each, plus asynchronous support between sessions. Fully remote.
