The course teaches the framework. Coaching takes it further: six weeks of direct work with David, applying P.O.P. to your specific business or family context. This is not advisory work, rather, it is a sustained, personal engagement with one question: how do you reclaim agency over your own time?

THE SIX WEEK PROCESS

What coaching involves

Week 1

Baseline and diagnosis

Before the first session, you complete the P.O.P. diagnostic and a detailed intake on your current relationship with time, technology, and rest. Week 1 maps the specific patterns driving your situation, not a generic profile.

Weeks 2 and 3

Power and Omit

Identifying and protecting your peak performance windows. Conducting your Calendar Cleanse. Building the Stop-Doing List. Removing what is consuming time without earning it.

Weeks 4 and 5

Pause

Designing a structured pause practice that fits your life. Working through the resistance. Putting it into operation and adjusting as you go.

Week 6

Integration and forward design

A review of what changed, what held, and what the ongoing practice looks like. A written plan for the twelve months ahead.

Six weekly sessions of 60 minutes each, plus asynchronous support between sessions. Fully remote.

Who this is for

Coaching is suited to founders, senior executives, and family business principals who have worked through the course and want to go deeper, or who want direct engagement and accountability.

 

It is particularly effective for people navigating a significant transition: stepping back from day-to-day operations, restructuring how they lead, or moving through a period of sustained high pressure and wanting to build better foundations.

 

Places are limited to a select group of clients per quarter. Applications are reviewed individually.
