We’ve spent years blaming social media for polarization and outrage.

But Kellogg researchers found that when Bluesky users saw content through a different algorithm, the experience became less divisive and more enjoyable.

Is this the answer? I’m not sure.

But it does suggest that what we see may matter as much as where we see it.
