One of the most counterintuitive lessons about growth is that progress doesn’t happen in a straight line.
We need periods of intensity, followed by periods of consolidation. The brain processes during rest, ideas mature in the background, and clarity often arrives after the initial burst of energy.
That’s not slowing down. That’s how growth works.
